Terms & conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm your booking.
  • Depending on the selected rate, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made by contacting us directly via one of the following:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the suite or property.
  • No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
  • Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval.

5. Occupancy

  • The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
  • Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities and amenities are for the use of registered guests only.
  • Please leave the property in a clean and respectful condition.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

8. Identification

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.
